Quality & Product Info

Use of Fillers

Our products are free from wheat, gluten, nuts, egg, dairy, preservatives, or hydrogenated oils, unless specifically noted on the label. Our products contain no added coatings, excipients, binders, fillers, shellacs, artificial colors, artificial flavors, or fragrances. We do not use magnesium stearate, preservatives, BHA or BHT in our products, reflecting our commitment to clean, effective, allergy-free supplements.

Product Testing

Rigorous testing procedures are followed, including third-party testing for contaminants, potency, and quality. Upon receipt, all goods are examined and all products with a corresponding Certificate of Analysis are verified. Product is then moved to our Quality Assurance department, where raw material is tested for micros (bacterial colony count, yeast/mold, E. coli, coliforms), metals (arsenic, cadmium, lead, and mercury), as well as identification. All herb raw materials, soft gels and capsules are tested for Salmonella. Finished goods are again tested for micros and gluten prior to bottling.

Manufacturing Process

We manufacture our supplements at our NSF GMP certified facility in Sisters, Oregon, adhering to stringent quality and manufacturing standards that go above and beyond FDA requirements.

Vegan and Allergen Information

Most products are vegan, with a few exceptions. Our products are mostly allergen-free, with clear labeling on exceptions.

Subscriptions

How often will I get my subscription?

You can get your products every month, or every (2-6) months, based on your needs and preference.

How much do I save with a subscription?

When you subscribe and save, you will receive 5% off your initial subscription order, and 5% recurring discount for your ongoing order of the subscribed product(s).

How do I cancel my subscription?

At some point, you may need to cancel your subscription, even temporarily. This guide provides instructions on how to cancel your subscription through your Metabolic Maintenance account.

Step 1 - Access your Metabolic Maintenance account

You can access your Metabolic Maintenance account in two ways:

1. Click the unique Metabolic Maintenance account link sent to you via email or SMS.

2. Log into your customer account on our website.

Step 2 - Add a product to your subscription

Once you are in your account, you will click the Subscriptions tab from the left-hand menu. If you no longer want to continue your subscription, click on the Actions button found next to the subscription you want to cancel and then select Cancel from the dropdown menu.

Step 3 - Choose a cancellation reason

On the following page, you will be prompted to choose a cancellation reason. Select the cancellation reason that closely matches your reason for canceling. Click Cancel my subscription to complete cancellation.

How do I update my billing address?

In the Billing Information tab you'll find the current method of payment along with the current billing address. However, this is not the same as the shipping address. You would edit the address in this section if your billing address has changed or if you need to update your email address.

How do I update my shipping address?

Once logged in to your Metabolic Maintenance account, click on Subscriptions and click Edit to the right of the address. This only affects the shipping/delivery address, this does not update billing information related to the method of payment. You will be taken to a page where you can modify your shipping address fields.

How do I skip prepaid shipments?

If you need to cancel or skip a prepaid shipment during the current subscription cycle, please contact us.

Can I skip a delivery?

Yes. Once logged into your Metabolic Maintenance account, click on Delivery Schedule in the left-hand menu to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions. To skip a delivery, click Skip to the right of each order.

You can cancel at any time at no additional cost. You can also conveniently choose to skip orders if you are not ready for another shipment or will be out of town.

Why does my supplement have a Prop 65 Warning?

This warning is required by Proposition 65, a California right-to-know law that says products must be labeled if they contain any carcinogen or chemical that could potentially cause reproductive harm. 

The limits for Prop 65 labeling are significantly lower than what has been determined to be safe by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA), American Cancer Society, and other scientific bodies. Due to these stringent limits, numerous products carry a Prop 65 warning even though they contain trace chemicals at levels far lower than those that have been found to create harm. 

While potentially confusing, we consider Prop 65 warnings on our products to be a sign of our brand integrity. We do not dilute or reduce effective doses in our products to avoid Prop 65 labeling.
